سياسة الاسترجاع
مدة الإرجاع - 14 يومًا:
يمكنك إرجاع المنتج خلال 14 يومًا من استلام طلبك. للبدء بعملية الإرجاع، يرجى التواصل معنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني: contact@madawijewelry.com.
شروط الإرجاع:
يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وفي حالته الأصلية مع العبوة الأصلية ليكون مؤهلًا للإرجاع.
تكاليف شحن الإرجاع:
يتحمل العميل تكاليف شحن الإرجاع، بينما نقوم باسترداد سعر المنتج بالكامل بمجرد استلامه وفحصه.
استرداد الأموال:
بمجرد استلام المنتج وفحصه، سيتم معالجة المبلغ المسترد، وسيتم تحويله تلقائيًا إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية.
الاستبدال:
في حال استلام منتج تالف أو به عيب مصنعي، يسعدنا استبداله بنفس المنتج. يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 7 أيام من استلام الطلب للحصول على إرشادات الاستبدال.
إلغاء الطلب:
يمكن إلغاء الطلبات قبل شحنها. إذا تم الدفع بالفعل وترغب في تعديل أو إلغاء الطلب، يجب التواصل معنا خلال 6 ساعات. بمجرد بدء عملية التغليف والشحن، لا يمكن إلغاء الطلب.

استرداد الأموال:
سنقوم بإعلامك فور استلام المنتج وإتمام الفحص، مع تأكيد الموافقة على استرداد المبلغ. في حال الموافقة، سيتم استرداد المبلغ تلقائيًا إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 10 أيام عمل.
يرجى ملاحظة أن البنوك وشركات بطاقات الائتمان قد تستغرق بعض الوقت لمعالجة المبلغ وإظهاره في حسابك.

- 14-Day Return Window: You can return your item for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To return your order, please contact us at contact@madawijewelry.com
- Condition of Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It should be unused and in its original packaging.
- Return Shipping: Please note that while we are happy to refund the full cost of the item, we do not cover the cost of return shipping. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Exchanges: In the case of defective or damaged products, we're more than happy to exchange it for the same item. Please contact us, within 7 days of receiving, for further instructions.
- Cancellations: All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 6 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
